Paulette Marie Sauvé studied architecture and painting at the Institut des Arts Appliqués in  Montreal.  She and her husband moved to a farming village where she renovated an old barn and made a tapestry and painting studio.  She obtained her Master of Fine Arts degree in 1992, at the Université du Quebec, which included studies in northern  Italy.  Paulette’s work is shown in galleries, museums, private and corporate collections in several countries.  She creates commissioned works, and directs seminars and workshops in the  USA,  Canada and has lectured in  Israel.  She also received grants from the Canada Arts Council, and the Quebec Minister of Cultural Affairs.
